Over the past year, rumors of a marital breakdown have plagued them nonstop.

However, Beyoncé and Jay Z appeared more devoted than ever on Sunday as they celebrated her sister Solange’s marriage to longterm partner Alan Ferguson by partying the night away in New Orleans.

Beyoncé and Jay appeared to be enthralled with each other, seemingly sparked by the romantic setting, as they couldn’t take their hands off one another and beaming with joy the entire time.

Beyoncé was engulfed in tears after witnessing her dear sister get married.

At one point, they drew Solange’s 10-year-old son Daniel Julez Smith Jr. in for an embrace while they happily chatted to him.

The couple could also be seen enjoying the carnival-style ambiance and joyfully waving sparklers.

Beyoncé was spotted looking on at all the celebrations while laying her chin on her partner’s shoulder in another sweet moment.

The wedding party rode party busses from the church earlier in the day, where 28-year-old singer Solange had tied the knot with her beau, a music video producer, to the French Quarter.

She accessorized with abundant curls in her highlighted hair and white platform heels.

After a four-hour ceremony, Beyoncé was spotted holding hands with rapper Jay Z as they left the chapel earlier that evening.

Beyoncé’s younger sister accessorized her cream attire with crimson lips, complementing her signature Afro hairstyle.

Rapper Jay Z, 44, was earlier spotted carrying Blue Ivy to the ceremony while sporting a white suit.

The wedding festivities kicked off on Friday with Solange and Alan treating Beyonce and about 50 of their friends to cinema night at the Indywood movie theatre.

They watched the Diana Ross 1975 classic film Mahogany, the movie they saw on their first date, as People reported.

Before the film played, the couple screened a very personal documentary that they made of how they met.

‘It was pretty adorable,’ Indywood Movie Theatre owner Hayley Sampson told People.

Everyone was in great spirits, a sign that the infamous elevator fight back in May – in which Solange was caught hitting Jay Z in front of Beyoncé – is all in the past.

‘What’s important is that my family and I are all good,’ Solange told Lucky magazine. ‘What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.’

‘At the end of the day families have problems and we’re no different,’ Solange, Beyoncé and Jay Z said in a joint statement after the physical altercation.

‘We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.’
