It’s her party and she’ll cry if she wants to.

Kim Kardashian, 37, and Kanye West, 41, celebrated their eldest daughter North’s birthday in the Polo Bar in New York City on Friday – but not everyone seemed thrilled about it.

Kanye was spotted carrying the apparently unhappy five-year-old birthday girl into the upscale eatery while Kim and North’s friend Ryan Romulus trailed behind.

The quartet were earlier snapped leaving their hotel, with Kim daring to impress in billowing sweatpants matched with black suede heels.

The reality TV star wore a matching jacket over a green top for the evening out.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians mainstay wore her wavy, raven tresses up in a high pony tail and around her neck hung several gold chains

Her Gold Digger husband meanwhile looked casual in sweatpants and a pair of his trademark Adidas Yeezy sneakers.

The rapper was rugged up against the cold in a brown jacket over a plain black T-shirt.

The birthday girl looked adorable in a yellow, traditional Chinese dress, with her straight tresses styled in a similar fashion to her famous mom, albeit with a braid towards the front of her head.

Later Kim shared some images of her daughter’s impressive birthday cakes to her Instagram Story.

The socialite showed off a ‘cheeseburger cake’ with a single candle perched atop it, as well as an elaborate multi-tiered rainbow cake with sprinkles.

Upon cutting the latter dessert, brightly colored candy cascaded out, delighting North – as well as her rapper father.
