Her arrival to the Met Gala surrounded by a bevvy of beautiful women certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

But it wasn’t enough for Rihanna who decided to up her game considerably as she headed to an  afterparty at Up & Down nightclub in New York on Monday enening.

The 26-year-old wore a slinky gold dress that hung loose around her back giving her fellow party goers an eyeful of her derriere – perfect for the party she was hosting in celebration of the event.

Earlier in the evening the singer was part of an elite group of A-list stars dressed for the Met Gala by Stella McCartney.

She made a very sexy arrival on the red carpet in a stunning floor-length white ensemble that showed off her taut stomach.

Outshining the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Kate Bosworth, and her friend Cara Delevingne – who were also dressed by Stella – Rihanna exuded modern Hollywood glamour as she struck a number stylish poses on the carpet.

The pop star – who went braless for the occasion – finished off her ensemble with Jacob & Co. and Dionea Orcini jewelry.

But there was no sense of bitterness or jealous as Rihanna posed with Stella, Reese, Kate and Cara on the red carpet.

The five women posed on the red carpet with Rihanna taking front and centre as rest of the beauties struck sultry looks for the cameras.

Rihanna’s BFF Cara also sported a crop top but opted to for two tones.

Her strappy cutaway top, with a plunging neckline, was paired with simple white trousers.

Standing tall in monochrome pumps, the model wore her blonde locks swept over to the side as she wore diamond jewellery.
