Though Katy Perry vehemently denied Dr. Luke ever raped her, Lady Gaga insisted a music executive told her the producer did in fact sexually assault the “Roar” singer, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In an unsealed 2017 deposition as part of Dr. Luke’s defamation case against Kesha, the Oscar nominee — legally known as Stefani Germanotta — claimed Interscope CEO John Janick made the accusation as part of a conversation about bringing Kesha over to the music label.

“He said, ‘So you know that Dr. Luke raped Katy Perry, too?'” Gaga recalled in court, adding that Kesha was also present for the discussion.

An attorney went on to say Janick testified under oath that he never said that.

“It doesn’t surprise me,” Gaga answered.

The singer’s deposition in the case went on to become very heated. As The Blast first revealed, Gaga — a self-proclaimed sex abuse survivor — slammed one of Dr. Luke’s female lawyers questioning her about possible false rape accusations in relation to Kesha’s longtime claims Dr. Luke sexually assaulted her.

“I have factual knowledge of her depression. I have factual knowledge of her need for support and love. I have factual knowledge of the spiral that I watched that girl go down. I have factual knowledge of trauma. I am informed and intelligent about this issue. That girl has experienced serious trauma and she is in the middle of the right now. And you are all a party to it,” she fumed.

“Why on earth would this girl tell the entire world this happened? Why on earth? Do you know what it’s like for survivors? Do you know what it’s like to tell people? Don’t you roll your eyes at me. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Gaga called Perry “not as strong” as Kesha and “mean” in text messages previously presented in court.

“U are really strong standing up to him, she’s not as strong as u yet,” Gaga assured Kesha.

Kesha and Dr. Luke’s legal battle has been raging since 2014, when Kesha first sued him for sexual assault. Though that lawsuit was dismissed, Dr. Luke soon countersued her, and the case is ongoing.

He has long maintained he never assaulted or abused her in any way.
