KIM Kardashian was spotted at the Balenciaga runway show for Paris Fashion Week with bandaged appendages sparking concern among fans.

The Kardashians star’s unknown injury raised questions this week when she landed in the French capital.

Kim, 43, shared several shots of her arriving at the Balenciaga show for Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday.

The reality star was dressed in head-to-toe couture from the controversial brand, including a massive leopard-print coat.

The TV personality accessorized with pointed-toe black booties, a long leather belt, and an oversized leather bag.

Kim’s hair was slicked back and she wore full glam makeup for the occasion.

As the mother of four exited her vehicle and made her way inside the building for the show, she hid her hands from cameras.

Once indoors, the Skims founder posed for a variety of photos, donning a pair of eclectic black sunglasses to cover her eyes.

In one dramatic shot, Kim posed inside a lavish room complete with extravagant Parisian decor.

The Hulu star allowed her oversized jacket to hang off her shoulders, exposing her bare collarbone.

For one final picture, the California native opened the jacket to reveal she was wearing no shirt underneath.

Kim’s cleavage was on full display as she held tight onto her glasses to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.

But fans noticed something strange about the sultry image – the TV star’s pointer and middle fingers on her left hand were wrapped in bandages.

The KKW Beauty founder even sported a split on one, sparking fan concern regarding a mystery injury.

Several of Kim’s followers took to the comments section where they demanded answers regarding her bandages.

“What happened to your fingers?” one asked.

“Did you start a trend with the finger bandages??” a second joked.

“Real gooner sprain,” a third trolled.

That same day, Kim was seen in Paris going to dinner after the excitement of the events.

The Hulu notable had two large thick bandages on her pointer and middle finger that made the tips of her finger appear bulbous.

Fans on a popular Reddit page for The Kardashians again noticed the bandages and wondered why she was wearing them.

They also criticized the rest of her outfit.

“Kim still has her fingers wrapped around,” one person said.

“I’m curious to know what happened, she’s not going to tell us until the show starts back up.”

“I’m sorry but with this and the other pics, she needs to retire that hair.

“It’s way too severe looking and not at all flattering to whatever tf she did to her face,” another added.

Kim shocked fans as she posed on the red carpet in Paris on Sunday, but fans were distracted by one major detail.

In new photos, the Skims founder appeared at the Balenciaga Womenswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show during Paris Fashion Week.

The star wore a full face of dark makeup and her hair slicked back into a tight ponytail.

Adding to her severe, chic look, she donned a skintight black Balenciaga dress, with sheer lace draping over her curves.

In an online thread, fans were less focused on Kim’s eye-catching gown, and more concerned about changes to her face.

“Love the look with the dress and the hair!! Just wish she wasn’t so stiff with her hands and jaw,” one person wrote.

“Yes, the clenched jaw was the first thing I noticed. Is her jaw clenched?” asked another.

“I think it’s more likely some side effect of a procedure. Even if her jaw was clenched it shouldn’t have one little dimple at the bottom like that unless her fillers are masking the rest of the clenching,” a third social media user wrote.
