‘Now this is literally the ONLY pastor that I’ve heard stand up against Beyoncé and that dem0n that she has’: COGIC Bishop Patrick Wooden GOES OFF on Beyonce’s SATANIC “Church Girl” Song | HO

Bishop Patrick Wooden of North Carolina goes off on Beyonce’s new single, “Church Girl.” In this video, Bishop Wooden calls out the Christians who publicly support Beyonce’s song, including Twinkie Clark, who allowed her gospel classic “Center of Thy Will” to be sampled by Beyonce.

Bishop Wooden Blasts Beyoncé for 'Trash' Single 'Church Girl'

Bishop Patrick Wooden Sr. is no fan of Beyoncé or her new album Renaissance.

Wooden, pastor of the Upper Room Church of God in Christ in Raleigh, NC, took aim at the singer for her new single “Church Girl.”

In a viral clip, Wooden addressed Beyoncé’s music from the pulpit and told his congregation the singer has “sold her soul.”

“Beyoncé just released a sacrilege,” Wooden said with dramatic flair. “The only thing I can account for some of this stuff is somebody sold their soul to the devil.”

The pastor then suggested Beyoncé is going to hell.

“All I can say is this, when you sell your soul to the devil, you get the short end of the stick,” he said. “Because you’re not gonna live but so long, and when you leave here, where you’re going, you’re going to be there forever. So, it’s not a good deal.”

Wooden called the song a “piece of trash” and said he “struggled to listen” to it and therefore could not recite the lyrics. Wooden added that the single is “not for public consumption” and urged parents to keep small children away from Beyoncé’s music.

“Church Girl” samples “Center of Thy Will” from legendary gospel group The Clark Sisters. The single is written by Elbernita “Twinkie” Clark and was released in 1981. According to website, That Grape Juice, Twinkie has praised Beyoncé for using the song.

Wooden had harsh words for Twinkie as well.

“I don’t know whether [Twinkie] knew what [Beyoncé] was going to do with the song or not, but she knows she’s not saved,” he said. “I pray to God that a stiff denunciation of what she did with that song is put out.”

Wooden added that the world is lost.

“Don’t nobody respect the church,” he said. “What’s sad is this — there will be church people who will defend it!”

Bishop Patrick Wooden, Sr., President and CEO of the Upper Room COGIC is not too happy with Beyonce’s song ‘Church Girl’ with Twinkie Clark’s sample, on her new ‘Renaissance’ album. Pastor Wooden says, “Beyonce just released sacrilege … somebody done sold their soul to the devil.”

“When you sell your soul to the devil, you end up on the short end of the stick. Because you only got so long to live.”

And then the pastor offered his insight on where Bey will go once she transitions out of this world, suggesting that she will be sent straight to hell. “When [Beyonce] leaves here, when she’s gone … she’s going to be there forever.”

He also made a comment for Twinkie Clark, the lead singer of The Clark Sisters who wrote the song that ‘Church Girl” samples.

Beyonce’s Pastor Defends Her Image!

“I don’t know whether [Twinkie] knew what [Beyonce] was going to do with the song or not, but [Twinkie] knows [Beyonce] isn’t saved,” he said of the 67-year-old. “I pray to God that a stiff denunciation of what she did with that song is put out.”

The pastor says, “This piece of trash that was released, and she named it Church Girl.”

The bishop claims that he’s not able to recite the specific lyrics to his congregation because they were “so filthy.”
