Here was the full message:

Today, March 5, is the Presidential Primary in Tennessee and 16 other states and territories.

I wanted to remind you guys to vote the people who most represent YOU into power. If you haven’t already, make a plan to vote today.

Whether you’re in Tennessee or somewhere else in the US, check your polling places and times at VOTE.ORG

Even without explicitly endorsing any specific candidate – as Vote.org maintains its nonpartisan stance – Taylor Swift’s influence in the realm of politics is undeniable. Last autumn, on Voter Registration Day, Swift’s Instagram post urging her fans to register resulted in over 30,000 new voters in a single day, a figure potent enough to sway a local election in either direction. Notably, according to USA Today, Texas experienced the most significant surge, with approximately 2,700 new registrations on the day and 4,562 in the ensuing 10 days, amidst its 17.7 million registered voters.

A January poll published by Newsweek revealed that 18 percent of voters would be “more likely” or “significantly more likely” to support a candidate endorsed by Swift. While this may not constitute a majority, it could still prove pivotal in tipping the scales for a candidate.

Prior to 2018, Swift largely remained politically neutral despite her massive fan base. However, during the 2018 midterm elections, she broke her silence, publicly endorsing Democratic candidates in her home state of Tennessee and criticizing Republican incumbent Sen. Marsha Blackburn, who ultimately won. Swift’s endorsement extended to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2020 elections.

As of 2024, Swift has yet to endorse any candidate, despite unfounded right-wing conspiracy theories speculating her endorsement of Biden during the Super Bowl. While the Biden administration is reportedly seeking her official endorsement, Biden humorously deflects inquiries by stating, “that’s classified.”
