Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were once Hollywood’s golden couple, with their loved-up appearances on the red carpet sending the singer’s fans green with envy.

The couple began dating in 2007, when a newly-single Justin – who had just broken up with longtime girlfriend Cameron Diaz – was spotted hanging out with Jessica and a group of pals while snowboarding in Utah. They quickly denied any romance, but just a few months later, Justin declared he was “in love” with the actress, and their relationship turned serious.
During an interview with GQ magazine, Jessica sweetly called the Rock Your Body hitmaker her “sparkly present” that she wanted to keep to herself. “It’s the one part of my life that is my own and not for anyone else,” she said at the time.

The lovebirds tied the knot in a $6.5 million ceremony in southern Italy, with the bride wearing a bubblegum pink tulle dress. Jessica and Justin splashed out on flying their guests to the week-long celebration, which was reported to be one of the most expensive celebrity weddings ever. “I had a little bit of butterflies. I was about to stand up in front of my friends and family and bare my soul for the person I love. It was terribly emotional,” Jessica told People at the time.

In November 2014, they announced they were expecting their first child, and son Silas Randall Timberlake arrived in April 2015. But their marriage was soon rocked by a cheating scandal, after the singer was photographed getting cosy with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright. The duo were seen holding hands during a night out with a group of friends, and Justin was forced to issue an apology to his wife directly in an effort to clear up speculation. “A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgment – but let me be clear – nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better,” he wrote in a post on Instagram.

In 2009, rumors began swirling that the couple had split up, and sources close to Justin and Jessica claimed they were “reevaluating” their relationship. They were also dogged by rumors of infidelity, with the couple even splitting up temporarily in 2011 after reports Justin grew close to his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis.

The couple remained friendly after the split, and were spotted grabbing dinner in Toronto a few months later. Jessica refused to speak any further about their relationship – and a possible reunion – in an interview with Elle magazine, as she teasingly stated: “A girl doesn’t kiss and tell.”

One month after they reunited, Justin popped the question during a snowboarding trip to Montana, and she recalled them wading through waist-high snow before the singer got down on one knee. “We were (in) head-to-toe snowboarding outfits – hats, gloves, everything,” she said on The Late Late Show. And all of a sudden, he gets down onto his knees and just sinks into the snow.”
