According to The Sun, after divorcing Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt vowed to stay single for a year and then consider getting to know someone new. He also compared breaking up with Jolie to “death”.

In fact, up to now, the couple has been separated for nearly a year and a half, but still have not become legally single. 

Last February, The Blast reported that the couple had just filed paperwork to extend the arbitration in the divorce case because they were still discussing child custody and property division.
