Fans have been gagging for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston to reunite, and according to the latest update, their prayers have been answered

Nothing says ‘ Brad Pitt ‘ more than a long-sleeve t-shirt and a pair of khaki trousers.

Which is why fans got all excited when a mystery man wearing such an ensemble was spotted in the background of Jennifer Aniston ‘s latest selfie.

Taken in her trailer on the set of The Morning Show, the picture was purportedly of the actress and her dog Clyde, but it was the man in the background that had everyone talking.

And Celebrity gossip Instagram page, Deuxmoi, fuelled the fires, reporting that it had received a hot tip that Brad – who is in the area shooting new film, Bullet Train – has been hanging around The Morning Show set.

“So basically the dms of people saying he’s been hanging round the tms set could well be true considering this pic,” the page operator captioned the snap.

So what’s going on with the pair?

Ever since Brad split with ex-wife Angelina Jolie in 2016 and Jen with Justin Theroux, fans have been begging for a reunion.

And Brad and Jen certainly looked cosy on the red carpet at the SAG Awards when they openly kissed and cuddled in front of the cameras.

And according to Australian magazine, New Idea, they’re very much together and even spent the New Year holidaying in Turks and Caicos.

“Jen’s loving the cloak and dagger of getting back together with Brad,” a source claimed.

However, for now Jen’s said to be determined to keep whatever is going on a closely guarded secret, having suffered the heartbreak of their 2005 divorce so publicly.

The inside added: “I guess she feels she’s shared so much of her relationships with the public over the years that now she wants to keep this secret under wraps for just a little longer.”

Meanwhile, Brad’s mum Jane is reportedly desperate to see them remarry, with a source telling the National Enquirer: “She was rooting for them to get married again. They were all rooting for a reboot.”

However, a lot of soul-searching and therapy is said to have gone into the reported reunion, especially after the years of heartbreak Jen, 51, endured, when Brad left her for actress Angelina Jolie back in 2005.

A confidante of the Friends actress previously told The Mirror: a confidant of the former Friends actress told The Mirror they’d enjoyed at least five secret dates, including a tryst at Jen’s home over Christmas.

“I don’t think she’s ever really stopped loving him, even though he broke her heart when he left her for Angelina Jolie.

“It has taken a long time but she has forgiven him for everything – forgiveness has been a big part of them moving on.”

And a long-time associate of Brad’s movie production company Plan B also said: “All he can talk about is Jen. They have reignited their romance and I haven’t seen either of them this happy in years.”
