Britney Spears has entered a new ‘spiritual dimension’ – and it’s all thanks to her latest diet.

The 42-year-old announced on Friday that she’s started intermittent fasting after reading Stephen Harrod Buhner’s The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Way to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation.

‘It can make you feel weak for a few days but then you get a natural high from all the toxins being released … I actually feel a little too tiny and weak to even think about shooting for Instagram right now,’ she wrote.

‘But honestly, I like this spiritual dimension I’m on … I think we all have our level of prayer … I think I’ve experienced pretty low levels but also the highest levels as well,’ she continued.

‘It’s purification in its upmost way and to go into your body and mind to find your most enlightened state of consciousness seems so rad !!!’

On Thursday, the singer, 42, showed off her figure as she posed fully nude on a private beach and protected her modesty with red emojis edited onto the risqué photos.

Unlike her previous saucy snaps, this time she was seen facing the camera and barely covered her private parts.

On the same day, she also shared a video of herself looking back and flipping her hair, ‘so you see the pics are real’.

She wrote alongside several more flower emojis and admitted that ‘the video is a little blurry though!!!’

In the photos, Spears left her long blonde hair down in effortlessly tousled beach waves.

She also opted out of any makeup to showcase her natural beauty.

The Toxic singer wore nothing else minus a black lace choker and silver hoop earrings.

The photos appeared to be throwback photos as she previously posted nearly identical snaps during her French Polynesia getaway in October 2023.

Britney opened up on why she often shares nude photos of herself on Instagram in her memoir The Woman In Me.

‘I know that a lot of people don’t understand why I love taking pictures of myself naked or in new dresses,’ she wrote.

‘But I think if they’d been photographed by other people thousands of times, prodded and posed for other people’s approval, they’d understand that I get a lot of joy from posing the way I feel sexy and taking my own picture.’
