‘I kind of naturally do intermittent fasting, just because I’m not a breakfast person,” she shared with the publication. ‘I just like a cup of coffee and my collagen.’

The star, who has become a spokesperson for Vital Proteins, says the collagen makes a difference in her ‘hair, nails, skin, endurance and joints.’

But she does load up on carbs now and then: ‘[I] started to give myself a break, allowing yourself to have pasta, a sandwich. Everyone’s very afraid of the bread basket, and I’m no longer afraid. As long as it’s all done in moderation.

‘There’s something my body appreciates about [having carbs], like, “Oh, thank you! Why are you depriving me of things I love?”‘ the Wanderlust star added.

And she has taken up Pilates again after a workout related injury.

‘Back in October my back went out; I’d done a really hard workout, and then one day I tried to get up and couldn’t. I literally fell to the floor and ended up having to go get an MRI,’ said the best friend of Courteney Cox and Sandra Bullock.

She talked to the new issue of People

‘Sure enough, I had a 9-mm bulging disc, which is really intense. So my whole workout had to change,’ said the star.

‘When I threw my back out, I was like, “Maybe it was that lunge twist squat move.” We can’t just do one simple move. We try to add four moves to one,’ she joked.

And now Pilates ‘really works your body out in a very gentle way,’ she shared.

But she still can’t jog.

‘I haven’t been able to run, which is my love. I’m going to slowly start incorporating that into my workouts again,’ added Aniston.

And her attitude toward health has changed: ‘I was hitting a stage in my life where I wanted to up the health game.’

ANISTON’S TIPS TO FINDING PEACE

 THERAPY

‘I’ve really gotten a lot out of therapy,’ she admitted

WATCHING THE SUNSET

‘It’s my favorite moment,’ she said. ‘I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour because there’s a lot of taking it all in, the appreciation of the day and what’s happening’

MEDITATION

‘For me, I meditate every day – and sitting quietly, writing,’ said the Friends vet

YOGA

‘Any kind of yoga practice is my meditation. I just have faith in a bigger picture, I guess,’ the star shared

DOGS

She has a schnauzer mix Clyde, pit-bull mix Sophie and rescued Great Pyrenees mix named Lord Chesterfield. ‘I have beautiful dogs,’ she added

‘I’ve really gotten a lot out of therapy,’ said the Emmy winner. ‘Just being a public person, there’s a lot of amazing things that come with that. But there’s also a lot of tough stuff, because we’re only human, and we tend to walk around with bulls-eyes on our heads,’ she noted.

She also said ‘self-awareness is key.’

And there are many simple things that give her peace, like taking in the sunset from her Bel-Air, California mega mansion.

‘It’s my favorite moment,’ said the cover girl.

‘I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour because there’s a lot of taking it all in, the appreciation of the day and what’s happening.’

And meditation works for her too.

‘For me, I meditate every day – and sitting quietly, writing,’ said the Friends vet.

‘That’s enough. And any kind of yoga practice is my meditation. I just have faith in a bigger picture, I guess.

‘And I believe in humanity, even though there’s so much to discourage us from believing in it – but I do.’

Her dogs also bring her great joy.

She has a schnauzer mix Clyde, pit-bull mix Sophie and rescued Great Pyrenees mix named Lord Chesterfield.

And Hollywood’s A lister is content.

‘I’m in a really peaceful place,’ shared the blonde siren who still tops Most Beautiful lists.

‘I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs. I’m just a very fortunate and blessed human being,’ said the Los Angeles native.

Her ex files: Jen was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, seen left in 2001, and has been linked to him in the past few years. And she was wed to Justin Theroux, right, from 2015 until 2017, but she does not seem to have dated anyone since him

And she pointed out her positive attributes: ‘I have a good heart, and I’m a great friend. I lead with love.’

The looker has not been linked to anyone romantically since she split from Theroux though several magazines push she had a romantic reunion with Pitt after he split from Angelina Jolie, a rumour that seems to be unfounded.

Jennifer also told the magazine that dating apps are out of the question: ‘Absolutely no. I’m going to just stick to the normal ways of dating. Having someone ask you out. That’s the way I would prefer it.’

Marriage is not on her ‘radar’ she added – ‘It doesn’t have to be etched in stone in legal documents,’ she said – as she is more focused on ‘finding a fantastic partner and just living an enjoyable life and having fun with one another.’
