The Cleveland Browns are surely making some moves on Tuesday.

The Browns have a new backup quarterback as Jameis Winston agreed to terms with Cleveland on a one-year deal.

The team was far from done.

Former Buffalo Bills running back Nyheim Hines agreed to a one-year deal with the Cleveland Browns that’s worth up to $3.5 million. he is a nice addition behind Nick Chubb who is coming off a major injury in 023.

Hines missed the entire 2023 season after suffering an off-season ACL and LCL injury.

Hynes joins a backfield that includes Nick Chubb, who suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus in Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The injury required two surgeries and Chubb is expected to be ready for the 2024 season.

His signing shows that Cleveland wants to remain prepared for any injury situations like Chubb suffered last year.

The Browns went 11-6 in 2023 and fell to the Houston Texans in the Wild Card round.
