In the loss to the Sacramento Kings, Lakers star forward LeBron James scored a team-high 31 points with 13 assists, five rebounds, and a steal while shooting 63% from the field.

After beating the Western Conference toppers Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, LeBron James-led Los Angeles Lakers ended up losing their third game of the 2023-24 NBA regular season against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night. Despite the 10-point loss, the greatest scorer in the NBA made headlines with his poster slam dunk on a 7-footer Kings center.

De’Aaron Fox’s 44-point outburst overpowered LeBron’s 31-point game during the Kings’ victory over the Lakers at the Crypto.com Arena. Apart from his team-high scoring performance, King James made 13 assists, five rebounds, and a steal while he shot 63% from the field.

With less than 8:30 left in the second quarter, LeBron James received the ball from D’Angelo Russell outside the three-point line. The Lakers’ star forward drove to the center as Kings guard Keon Ellis traveled with him while center Alex Len tried to narrow down the space created after the Lakers’ ball movement. However, Bron took flight and posterized 7-foot-tall Alex Ren on his way to a monster dunk.
