KIM Kardashian has shared an extreme close-up of her natural face with red marks in an unedited clip.

Kim, 43, shared her skin treatment experience in a series of Instagram Stories.

In the first Story, The Kardashians star ditched the makeup and showed off the red marks under her bottom lip.

The Skims founder filmed herself as her natural face became lathered in a crystal clear substance.

She participated in a facial treatment from Skin Design London.

In the next Story, the Hulu star displayed her neck – covered in a white gooey lotion – being massaged by a glowing device.

“And don’t forget the neck ever!” Kim advised her followers.

“Thank you for the highly recommended facial.”

AT THE SPA

The day before, the 43-year-old star visited the spa and shared a snapshot from the treatment bed.

While Kim was lying down, the white treatment machine went around her face.

Her natural skin had wrinkles and dark circles under her eyes.

While wearing a black tank top, Kim pulled her dark locks back into an updo bun at the back of her head.

“Snatched! Thank you The Beauty Sandwich,” she wrote.

Her treatment was provided by The Beauty Sandwich, a facial sculpt and lift service frequently used by the former E! star and other celebrities such as actress Salma Hayek.

FASHION BLUNDER

However, the mom of four suffered a fashion faux pas when she showed off her natural looks.

In early March, Kim visited the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week.

She dressed in a black lace gown at the event and held up her hand to wave at the crowd.

In an online thread, fashion critics claimed her hand looked significantly swollen and wrinkled.

“Have her hands been soaking in water?! Why are her fingertips so wrinkled?” one critic asked.

“She’s shriveling up!” another critic commented.

“How the f**k do her hands look like that of a 60-year-old?” a third critic trolled.

“The hands are creepy as hell. If she didn’t have those nails, it would be much less haunting,” a fourth person slammed.

A fan suggested that Kim’s hands seemed more wrinkled possibly due to dehydration from traveling to Paris and supposedly eating less at an event.

“Wrinkled fingertips could also be from dehydration. She probably doesn’t eat or drink all day before an appearance, and it makes her fingers wrinkle,” the fan explained.

NEW SEASON

Meanwhile, Hulu released the teaser and poster for Season 5 of The Kardashians.

On Friday, the famous family appeared in the preview wearing long nude draped dresses.

The TV personalities gathered around a fire in the desert before looking up at a star-filled sky.

The new season of The Kardashians premieres May 23 on the streaming service.

Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West, 46, share their four children: North, 10; Saint, eight; Chicago, six; and Psalm, four.
