Kourtney Kardashian Barker shared postpartum tips on clothing, hair, make-up, and breastfeeding with her captive, combined 276.7M social media following on Tuesday morning.

It’s been three months since the 44-year-old reality star welcomed her fourth child – son Rocky Thirteen Barker – who’s her first child with neighbor-turned-husband Travis Barker.

‘Getting dressed postpartum while breastfeeding [equals] throwing on an oversized coat, flat shoes pretty much always,’ Kourtney wrote via Instastory.

‘[I love] leggings, sweats – anything baggy and comfortable aka husband’s vintage T-shirts and Dickies. Anything super fast to throw on. [The] less time away from my baby the better.’

Kardashian then described her two-minute hair and make-up routine which included her half-sister Kylie Jenner‘s $18 ‘High Gloss’ lip gloss, a dab of $30 Kosas ‘Revealer’ concealer, a lash curler, one coat of mascara, and an eyebrow brush.

The Kardashians producer-star lets her hair air dry ‘however it wants’ with no product: ‘[It] used to be super straight but after I [dyed] her blonde she’s got some texture.’

As for postpartum hair loss, Kourtney recommended fans use $40 Lemme ‘Mama’ from her vitamin and botanical supplement company.

‘So I took @lemme mama during my pregnancy and still take it daily postpartum and I haven’t noticed hair loss this time so far,’ Kardashian wrote.

‘I do take other supplements too (vitamin D/K, calcium/magnesium, omega 3, probiotics, iron, B complex).’

The Poosh founder also gave a long list of foods that might boost a nursing mother’s breast milk supply recommended by her nutritionist Leona West Fox.

Kourtney is still in Australia with the 48-year-old Blink-182 drummer for his 2023-2024 World Tour, which returns to the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne for concerts this Thursday.

Also joining the married couple of 21 months – collectively known as ‘Kravis’ – Down Under were Kardashian’s nine-year-old son Reign Aston Disick and 11-year-old daughter Penelope Scotland Disick.

The Calabasas socialite also mothered 14-year-old son Mason Dash Disick from her on/off nine-year relationship with Talentless founder Scott Disick, which ended in 2015.

Travis has three older children – daughter Alabama Luella, 18; son Landon Asher, 20; and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24 – from his three-year marriage to Miss USA 1995 Shanna Moakler, which ended in 2008.

On Monday, Landon shared a snap of himself modeling Revolve clothing for FWRD MAN captioned ‘Aspen’ and Kourtney commented: ‘There’s actual snow in Aspen!’

The ex-boyfriend of Charli D’Amelio sweetly replied: ‘@kourtneykardash step mom knows best!’

The Grammy-nominated punk-pop band will be on the road through August 30 with one big break between April 7-June 19 (Kardashian turns 45 on April 18).

On May 16, Hulu announced it renewed The Kardashians for an upcoming fifth and sixth season with 20 more episodes during Disney’s upfront presentation.

On May 7, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off triumphantly won the best docu-reality series trophy at the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The half-Armenian beauty was technically the first member of her family to star in a reality show – The Simple Life-inspired eight-episode series Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, which aired in 2005 on E!
