And tonight, it was Lauren’s turn to say goodbye as she got the lowest number of votes from viewers.

Asked how she was feeling by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best as she walked out, she said: “I’m feeling overwhelmed. I’ve had the most amazing time.”

In her interview on Late and Live, she said she was “relaxed and relieved” to be out.

Asked why she was evicted, she said: “I’m probably Marmite, you either love me or hate me. Like Louis said, it is what it is. It’s just a game.”

Lauren was closely followed by Sharon Osbourne, whose stint as Celebrity Lodger came to an end.

It came as there was a big shake-up to nominations last night.

Zeze Millz got the most nominations alongside The X Factor judge and Real Housewives of Cheshire star.

But in a shock shake-up, Celebrity Lodger Sharon Osbourne was given the power to change one of their fates.

Sharon had been secretly watching the nominations from her bedroom as part of a task Big Brother set for her.

Then, when the nominations were announced to the house, she was surprised by being told she could save one person from the chopping block.

Sharon chose to give Zeze a reprieve, praising her “fiery” nature while also saying she felt she was “vulnerable”.

Sharon added that Zeze reminded her of someone close to her, although she did not specify who.

In a savage twist, Sharon was then told she must chose another celebrity housemate to replace Zeze and face the public vote instead.

Sharon picked Fern, citing that there was an age divide in the house and “the oldies stick out like a sore thumb.”

Fern later sobbed in the diary room.

She said: “This is a game and it’s been fun. I am loving people. It’s an experience, a great experience, for an oldie, an old timer.”

Celebrity Big Brother continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
