CELEBRITY Big Brother star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu revealed she “only has two friends” during an emotional chat with co-star Fern Britton.

The Love Island winner, 29, really opened up to Fern, 66, as they sat next to each other on the sofa during a private moment.

Love Island winner Ekin-Su revealed how she’d really been feeling lately during the heart-to-heart
The Turkish actress, who found fame on Love Island in 2022, is now enjoying her next reality TV stint.

But Ekin-Su, who recently split from Love Island boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, appeared emotional as she said how “hard” she finds being “strong” all the time for her loyal following, and “having to hide her emotions.”

Ekin said she’d get home from appearances and meeting fans at night and cry on the phone to her mum.

Fern was quick to offer her advice and get to the bottom of why Ekin-Su felt like she did, and questioned whether she felt as though she had imposter syndrome.

Reality star Ekin explained: “I just sometimes feel like I can’t find someone to talk to if I have sad days.

“I’m always the one giving advice and helping people but I find it hard to find someone on my phone that I can just call and say ‘do you know what, I feel really sad today.’”

Ekin-Su continued to talk about the sudden and overnight fame that had come off the back of Love Island, leading her to say she “doesn’t know who to trust,” and how she has “lost friends” in the process.

Fern then asked: “Do they look at you differently, your old friends?”

To which Ekin-Su replied: “Yeah, I’ve only got two or three friends now, which is fine. I don’t really talk to a lot of people about it.”

Fans were saddened to hear Ekin-Su admit to only having two or three friends.

On Reddit, one person wrote: “I found it so sad how casually Ekin said “I only have 2 or 3 friends” as if she’s just used to it. Her saying she has no one to call when she’s having a bad day also made me really sad.”

Another added: “It’s sad she’s not particularly close with any of her LI gang (but I suppose that was only a couple of weeks and there’s no obligation to remain friends.”

A third penned: “Awww she seems lonely.”

Ekin-Su entered the famous compound and is now living with the likes of Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith, Sharon Osbourne, and Louis Walsh.

Before she stepped into the house, she was grilled by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best.

And fans couldn’t help but notice that she took a cheeky swipe at her former love, Davide.

It came about when host Will asked her about her “ideal housemate”, to which the reality star replied: “Loyal.”

Ekin’s sly dig could be in reference to Davide being linked to an OnlyFans model in the run up to their break up.

It came after model Sylvija Vasilevska liked posts of Davide on a skiing holiday with Ekin-Su – who was missing in the snaps.

Ekin-Su was also spotted liking tweets that called Davide’s loyalty to her into question.

After weeks of speculation, Ekin-Su and Davide announced they had broken up.
