Will (born Willard) is producing and reprising his role as Detective Lieutenant Michael Eugene ‘Mike’ Lowrey in Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah’s buddy cop comedy, which hits US/UK theaters June 14.

 


Melanie bared her shoulders in a white strapless wedding gown, featuring a back cut-out, and matching floor-length veil from costume designer Janie Bryant.

Smith looked every bit the dapper groom decked out in a classic white tuxedo with black bow-tie, trousers, and patent leather dress shoes.

The West Philly native enjoyed a warm reunion with director Michael Bay, who previously helmed Bad Boys (1995) and Bad Boys II (2003).

Production designer Jon Billington created a gorgeous arbor dripping with white flowers and framed with curtains where the faux newlyweds exchanged vows.

 

There were numerous extras dressed to the nines while playing wedding guests seated on benches on the beach for the seaside ceremony.

 

Will’s character previously enjoyed onscreen romances with Lieutenant Rita Secada (Paola Núñez) and Max Logan (Karen Alexander).

Principal photography began April 3 on the untitled four-quel co-starring Martin Lawrence as Detective Lieutenant Marcus Miles Burnett.

 

Smith – who boasts 264.7M social media followers – announced Wednesday on TikTok that there were only ‘eight days’ of filming remaining on the big-budget production.

 

The Sony Pictures flick also features Vanessa Hudgens, Rhea Seehorn, Eric Dane, DJ Khaled, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Núñez, Ioan Gruffudd, and Joyner Lucas.

 

 

The original Bad Boys trilogy (spanning 1995-2020) has amassed a combined $841.2M at the global box office, and the third film received the best reception from critics and audiences – according to Rotten Tomatoes.
