And Miley Cyrus shared her extremely strenuous workout in a video she posted in her Instagram stories on Saturday.

Dressed in a black crop top with a white band and skin tight black shorts, she lay on a bench holding on to a bar above her head.

With her legs pointed straight out, she slowly leaned backwards until she was bent backwards over the bench.

Then the 26-year-old returned to upright with the muscles in her legs visibly shaking.

She captioned those shots: ‘Asked for something NEW and the universe keeps delivering!

‘New music discovering/making/receiving that s***, new goals/working hard & achieving that s***! Feeling sooooo…’ then she added a butterfly emoji.

Adding a twist: If it the move wasn’t difficult enough she turned to one side saying, ‘nothing worth it is easy’

She captioned other shots of herself in the midst of the same exercise, saying: ‘Grateful/Thankful AF …. keep it up uni! I love GROWING/STRENGTHENING. nothing worth it is easy.’

The extra tough workouts may have something to do with Miley ending her whirlwind romance with Kaitlynn Carter.

A source told ET Online that the Wrecking Ball hitmaker called time because she thought things were moving too fast.
