This was the time when he was vacationing in Sardinia with his partner Katy Perry and was caught by the paparazzi with his p*nis on display.

In a past interview with Elle UK, the Lord of the Rings star was asked about the viral picture of his where he was on a beach in Sardinia in 2016, enjoying a vacation with his partner Katy Perry.
But he had no idea that the camera lenses were hot on his tail. Just when he went ahead and decided to kneel nude on a paddleboat, these cameras started to shoot him with his pants down.
He opened up about how this was one of the times he overlooked the possibility of any dangers and paid the price. He said:
“Are we going to talk about my p*nis? Yes, it was extremely surprising. I wouldn’t have put myself in that position if I’d thought it would happen. I’ve been photographed a million times in a million ways.
I have a good radar. We’d been completely alone for five days. Nothing around us.
There was no way anyone could get anything. So I had a moment of feeling free.”
Although this may have been an extremely awkward situation to face, this was nothing compared to his embarrassing encounter with the Prime Minister of the Island of St.
Vincent, where he and Johnny Deep made a clown of themselves in front of him.

Alas, they were so inebriated that upon meeting him, the Edward Scissorhands star couldn’t stop kissing him, while Bloom followed behind, trying to gather everything that the star was dropping in his way.
This led Bloom to believe that they wouldn’t be welcomed on St. Vincent anytime soon after that incident.
