Khloé Kardashian has undergone a transformation in recent years, and she has been open about the dedication it took to focus on a healthy lifestyle and follow a strict workout regime. But fans think that it’s more than her figure that has changed, and one of her latest Instagram posts is getting a lot of attention for this reason.

Kardashian posted a photo on Instagram on March 14, 2024, of herself and her friend, Erin Paxton. In the picture, she poses with her hair pushed away from her face with a black headband. She wore an all-black outfit, which showed off her trim figure and cleavage.

The picture was captioned with “Me and my Paxy.” But rather than focus on the two women hanging out, fans had a lot to say about the reality star’s face.

Many of the comments on the post were negative and focused on Kardashian’s face, which fans believe has been altered. “Khlo, I love you, but delete before everyone wakes up. This is not your face,” one fan wrote. “When I was a kid, I used to pull my Barbie’s head off and put them on other bodies. That’s what this reminds me of,” another shared. Some fans were even in disbelief, with one writing, “I think she’s not Khloe. Does anyone know who she is?”

While most of the comments are critical, some are particularly harsh. One Instagram user commented on Kardashian’s appearance and compared her to her mother, Kris Jenner. “Same meds as your mom? You both look ridiculous in your pics; come on. Steroid eyes, not sparkling at all,” a critic wrote.

Of course, this is not the first time Kardashian or her sisters have come under fire for allegedly using Photoshop on their photos or enhancing their features with filters.

Kardashian occasionally responds to the backlash she faces and is not afraid to speak her mind. She has also addressed the comments on her appearance in interviews. “Now on my Instagram page, people comment saying, ‘I liked you better when you were bigger,’ and I think, ‘Thank God I don’t live my life for other people because I’d be in a constant tug of war,'” she Cosmopolitan U.K. in 2015.

In the same interview, she also discussed how she always felt beautiful and had confidence but “didn’t realize how unhealthy” she was.

Kardashian has also addressed reports that she has had plastic surgery. In 2021, at the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, she told host Andy Cohen she had a nose job. “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,'” she said, per Us Weekly. “But I’ve had one nose job — Dr. Raj Kinodia — and everyone gets so upset, like, ‘Why don’t I talk about it?’ No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose.”
