Denis Villeneuve’s highly anticipated sci-fi epic, Dune: Part Two, is set to open with a stellar cast featuring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, and more.

The director’s magnum opus is gearing up for release next month, showcasing the young and talented Chalamet reprising his role as Paul Atreides, alongside Zendaya portraying Chani.

 

While speaking during a , Zendaya was asked which Dune character she wanted to play if she was not Chani. Zendaya admitted that she loved Lady Jessica and would have loved to play her.

”I love lady Jessica because she’s terrifying and I think Rebecca is so brilliant at bringing that character to life when she uses the voice and all that stuff I just I find it so fun. I also think that everybody secretly wants to be Fade Rala too because it just seems like such a fun character to play.

However, Zendaya then added that everyone secretly wanted to portray Fade Rala as well simply because it seemed like such a fun character to play. Nonetheless, fans are happy Zendaya is Chani and that is all that matters.
