The former Spice Girl, 49, joked that her fans ‘were welcome’ as she documented the footballer, 48, stripping off for a spot of impromptu DIY.
The couple were enjoying a romantic dinner at their £12M Cotswolds home before Victoria noticed a lightbulb broken high up in the wooden beams.
‘Are you going to fix it?’ she asked, with David concluding he would need a ladder before removing his smart shirt to reveal his tattooed and toned physique.
Victoria then played Etta James’ I Wanna Make Love To You from the iconic and sexy Diet Coke advert as she filmed him climbing the to the ceiling, before cheekily zooming in on his bottom.

It comes after David ‘face planted’ the ground while snowboarding with his son Cruz and their friends in Fernie, British Columbia, Canada.
He gave an insight into his winter break, admitting that it ended in the ‘perfect triple somersault’ as he crashed into the snow.
Posing for a photo, shared to Instagram, David and Cruz, 19, were kitted out in their snowboarding gear complete with helmets and protective glasses.
In the update, the sportsman went flying down the mountain side before plunging into the show as his friends laughed in the background.
He’s something of a globetrotter – but this week David revealed he is missing his LA life.
