Victoria Beckham acted as her own makeup artist at her recent photo shoot.
The fashion and beauty mogul recruited celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves to style her strands for a shoot to promote her latest Victoria Beckham Beauty launches. But instead of hiring a makeup artist, Victoria, 47, decided to do the job herself.
As Paves worked on her hair, Victoria snapped a mirror selfie to reveal her completed makeup look. “Shooting @victoriabeckhambeauty. In hair @kenpaves and makeup (how did I do?),” she said.
Later in the day, the star switched out of her black slip dress and into a similar silky emerald design. She needed a bit of a makeup touch-up as well, and luckily, her husband David Beckham, 46, came to the rescue.

David is no stranger to assisting his wife with her Victoria Beckham Beauty photo shoots. This past spring, Victoria enlisted David to shoot and direct the ad for the new Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick.

“Okay so we are in Miami filming for Victoria Beckham Beauty. We’ve got the lovely [hairstylist] Ken [Paves] and my director for the day who is going to be filming me,” Victoria said as she snapped an Instagram video in the hotel room panning over the equipment David was manning.
Victoria then showed the bathroom counter filled with beauty products for the shoot before going behind David’s camera to see the shot from his angle. “He’s good. He’s got my back. The director’s got my back!” she said.
David and Victoria celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary in July. The couple married on July 4, 1999, at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland, with their first son Brooklyn Beckham, who was only 4-months-old at the time, serving as ring bearer. The wedding took place a year-and-a-half after David proposed to Victoria in Jan. 1998.
Since then, the couple has had three more children: sons Romeo, 18, and Cruz, 16, and daughter Harper, 10.

Last month David collected his first egg from the chickens his wife Victoria got him for Christmas.
He travelled to their Cotswolds home to check in on his flock after some of his birds began laying earlier that week.
David took to Instagram on to share the moment he found his first egg after spending hours researching on how best to encourage his hens.
In a video, David told fans: ‘I’ve come to check if there’s any eggs because I haven’t actually been here to see and witness the first egg so I’m back now and let’s have a look.
‘They were laying on top, I did a little research and changed a few things up so guess what? This is the first time that they’ve laid in there which is very exciting.’
David wrote in the caption: ‘I mean the excitement of finding eggs and learning what they need is pretty amazing @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven we have breakfast just might have to share a little also not sure why I’m whispering.’
David’s followers praised his enthusiasm as they wrote: ‘Your excitement makes me excited’ and ‘I love this, waiting to see if there is an egg as an adult is like a child waking up on Christmas morning!’

For Christmas, Victoria set up a hen pen for David to add to his beehives on their sprawling estate.
The fashion designer proudly showed off the brood of Beckham hens complete with cockerel on Instagram.
Speaking from behind the camera, Victoria showed off the henhouse in the garden of their Cotswolds home and asked: ‘What did you get for Christmas David?
‘Some chickens and a cockerel, the footballer replied as his wife continued: ‘Beckham’s chickens’.
Victoria joked: ‘There’s also a really massive cock in there as well’ before she branded their new feathered friends ‘camera shy’.
Posh later took to Instagram to share a photo of David reading ‘keeping chickens for dummies‘.
She wrote: ‘Just a little Friday night reading for @DavidBeckham’.
David travelled to the Cotswolds after his trip to Hong Kong for an Inter Miami football game earlier that week.
